Garden Fresh Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes quartered
- 15 oz crushed tomatoes
- 1 small Red Onion quartered
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3-4 small jalapenos stems removed
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 lime lime juice only

Instructions
- Boil jalapeno peppers in some water for 5 minutes. Drain and add jalapeƱo peppers and all other ingredients, except the crushed tomatoes, to a food processor and pulse contents until they are fine and well blended. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and blend until well mixed. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes about 3 cups.
