Ingredients
- 2 cups Pumpkin Puree
- 2 eggs
- 1 Can Evaporated Milk 12oz can
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Unbaked Pie Shell

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Prepare pie crust using your favorite recipe. Transfer the dough to a 9 inch glass pie pan. Gently fit dough into the pie pan, trim any excess dough, and flute the edges.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs with a wire whisk. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour into crust lined pan. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake 40-50 minutes longer or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 2 hours. Store in refrigerator.
