Fresh Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 tsp Nutmeg
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 2 1/2 cups Pumpkin Puree
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp Soda

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except flour, mixing until smooth. Gradually add flour. You can fill 3 1 pound coffee cans or 2 loaf pans greased and floured. Bake 1 hour in a 350 degree oven or until the bread is done. Let cool then remove bread. (You can also use small loaf pans for several gift giving baskets) Wrap in foil.
