Squash Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 5 cups crumbled cornbread
- 2 cups milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup undiluted
- 3 cups chopped, yellow squash
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
- Saute onion, pepper, and celery in butter until tender. Add to cornbread, and stir well. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for about 50 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 8
